Who am I?

Hi, I'm Craig. NZ registered nutritionist and a plant-based, natural bodybuilder. 

I help those interested in exploring a plant-based diet to reach their health and physique goals. I provide one-on-one coaching, nutrition consultations, and oversee 'The Beets Blueprint', an online platform encompassing nutrition and exercise programming.
