HOW TO USE THE DIET CALCULATOR

STEP 1 - Input your general information and activity level to predict your calorie requirements, both for your resting metabolism and for your total daily energy needs.

STEP 2 - This takes into consideration your physique goals, whether that is losing fat or gaining muscle, and apply appropriate calorie and macro-nutrient targets, giving you a realistic time-frame for achieving your goal.

STEP 3 - This allows you to customise your macro-nutrient targets to suit your diet preference, so whether you like to eat higher carbohydrate foods, i.e. rice and pasta dishes, or sway more towards a higher fat intake, you can make it work for you.
