The main purpose of a nutrition consultation is to evaluate your current dietary habits, lifestyle, and goals to provide you with an overview of what you are doing right, where improvements can be made, and how to reach your desired outcome. You will work with Craig to create a plan that is personalised to your needs.

The Initial Consultation

If we have not meet before, then this option is for you.

In order to provide personalised diet, exercise recommendations and relevant guidance, I ask that all new clients undertake an initial consultation to better understand your wants and needs.

During your consultation we will look at...

 Why you need assistance with your goals, touching on your reasons and motivation behind them.

● Relevant history and health concerns that may impact your outcome.

● Your current routine, dietary and lifestyle patterns.

● Any obstacles which might prevent you from achieving your goals.

● Setting realistic and specific timescales.

● Discussing your expectations.

● Lastly, any other questions or worries you may have.


Prior to our meeting you will be directed to fill in a pre-consultation form to collect some basic information.
The initial meeting is 45-60 minutes long, this gives us ampel time to delve into your current situation and build a plan to overcome any barriers, providing you with instruction and direction to achieve your goal.

After the consultation has concluded, you will receive the session material, future directions, and any relevant content/recommendations within 24-48 hours.

Appointments are carried out on the 'google meet' or Skype application. Consultation material is delivered through google platforms to keep everything together in one place, giving you easy access to what you need, when you need it.

Follow-up Consultation

Following on from our initial consultation, we will further build upon the foundations that we have created, instilling new habits and behaviours. This 30-45 minute consultation will include:

  1. Discussion of your experience so far, both positive and negative

  2. Analysis of your progress, adapting approaches to best suit you  

  3. Problem solving, raising any areas of concern

  4. Reviewing any changes in health markers

  5. Goal setting, exercise and nutrition targets

Followup sessions will be at a discounted rate.

You will be provided with a discount code with your initial consult.
