In essence, the beets blueprint is a plug in and play coaching platform with a level of customization for those who want accountability and guidance, with their training and nutrition taken care of. They don't want constant 1 to 1 coaching and communication taking up too much of their time. It's for busy individuals that have a base level understanding of nutrition and training, not beginners who have never tried resistance training. 1 on 1 coaching has an extra degree of support with video calls, real time messaging and on demand access to your coach, alongside a higher level of customization, which comes with a higher price tag. The Beets Blueprint isn’t that, which is why it offers so much value without the added cost.
How much support will I get from Craig? The Beets Blueprint is a semi-automated system, where I provide weekly feedback via a weekly check-in form and a messaging platform. If you require more assistance, then I offer a bespoke 1 on 1 coaching service with an extra level of support.
What kind of results can I expect? You can expect to improve your body composition (increase muscle to fat ratio), gain energy, build strength, and feel in control again without extreme restrictions to your diet or time. You’ll feel physical and mental changes within 6 weeks and see visible improvements over 3-4 months.
Do I have to commit for a set period of time? No, there is no commitment necessary. You can literally join up for one 6 week coaching program, keep your resources and continue on your own after the period ends. You will lose access to the members area, updated programs, and other training and nutrition resources after cancellation. You can join back up at any time.
Is this just a training and meal plan? No. You’re not buying a template, you're investing in a system and support structure that can be tailored to you. That includes a nutrition strategy, coaching, check-ins, accountability, and regular feedback.
Do I need a gym membership or specific equipment? You don’t need access to a gym, though it is beneficial. You can alter your training around body weight workouts, though to optimise your results some level of equipment is necessary, for example a set of dumbbells and a bench. The program has the capability to build your training plan around what’s available to you, whether that’s hotel gyms, home equipment, or a commercial setup.
Do I have to track my calories? Though it’s not necessary, it is encouraged to get an understanding of your current intake and requirements. It’s by no means a long term approach, just a tool to set the stage for your transformation. There is meal guidance and food templates available to use when you can’t or don’t want to track your intake.
