The Beets Blueprint is a six-week semi-automated coaching program designed for individuals seeking accountability and guidance without requiring continuous one-on-one support.
Every six weeks you will receive an updated training program with the ability to amend exercises and training goals. The program is designed to fit around your lifestyle.
Personalised Training Programs
Created on a collaborative platform (google sheets), your customisable program includes an exercise testing phase to accurately assess your abilities. Further complemented by nutritional objectives and lifting progressions to guarantee results.
Daily Record
The coaching system enables you to monitor your daily and weekly objectives as well as subjective measures. The key to achieving lasting results lies in capturing essential exercise and nutrition variables in a manner that highlights weaknesses and areas for improvement.

Accountability & Expert Support
