Hey I'm Craig, creator of Beets Fitness & Nutrition

A bodybuilding enthusiast and plant-based foodie who has struggled with the same issues you're likely going through right now. 

Diet confusion, lack of progress, exercise fatigue, and a loss of training identity.​

I've been working in the fitness industry and public health sector for over 10 years, as a nutrition professional and personal trainer. During this time I've developed a toolbox of strategies that
allow me to make progress for myself and others.
